Arrived in Indonesia
After a 12 hour flight we arrived in Kuala Lumpur, changed planes to Jakarta, changed planes to Yogyakarta and are now here. Even though we are here less than a week, the feeling of already being here for weeks is rather strong, indicating a shift in the psychological time that one can experience in different areas of the world.
Yogyakarta is a huge city, a melting pot on Java. The city is huge, but we are currently living rather secluded in a house in a very enjoyable setting, rented for an amount of money shockingly low for western standards.
We have seen the Ballet of the Ramayana two days ago, a display of amazing movement and beauty of the Indonesian dancers. The performance took place at night, with Pranambam Temple as the backdrop, see above.
The people here are both very soft and gentle but simultaneously tough in the way they deal with survival and the difficulties of life here. (The average income here is 20 euros per month.)
We have received a large number of invocation requests for our trip to Borobudur, which will take place next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Taking off for Indonesia tomorrow
We are taking off for Indonesia tomorrow. Part of our being there is going to Borobudur. We are going to go to the top of the temple to invoke the Blessings of the Buddhas. Please send us one single word that represents what you need and we will present it in our invocations. Send the word to amamet1000@yahoo.com

Workshops
The workshops we give are not really workshops. They are a platform upon which 35 years of training, of practice, of searching and finding are conveyed. Both Raylene and I work on this platform with the goal of letting this platform become a portal into existential experience.
The Central Theme of the work is the Power of the Word and the many angles from which this power can be accessed, not only to diminish one's suffering, uplift the quality of one's life, but also to meet what resides at the center of the very specified practices that invoke the Power of the Word: The Silence that exists beyond the movements of the mind.
No spiritual teacher has all the answers, even though some may come fairly close to it, according to my experience. Therefore, the teachings presented in our workshops are the distilled essence of 35 years of discerning what works and what does not. The teachings presented here are rather unique in the sense that they have passed through this process of distilling and cleaning out the cobwebs.
These practices ... are what we practice. Our delight is to see growing numbers of people joining this work and benefiting from it. That is our biggest reward.

Workshop Paris
The workshop last weekend was just utterly enjoyable. I am most grateful to be allowed to facilitate this work, to see people walk away happier and with greater joy and radiance. Grateful indeed.
Yesterday was the 14 of July, Bastille Day. Raylene, Catherine and I spend the evening in meditation and at the end, the fireworks started over the Trocadero. It was a wonderful timing. We looked out the window and saw the fireworks bursting in the sky to the left (from our position) of the Eiffel Tower. The very last minute of it, the Eiffel Tower lit up all its strobe lights that are attached to it, usually going off every hour, but here were exeptionally timed to end with the fireworks. My message to life: THANKS !

Currently Paris, soon Indonesia
We are currently in Paris, but soon we are going to go to Indonesia (July 21) for 4 weeks with our dear friend Catherine. While basically intending to just BE there and not have too many agendas, we are definitely wanting to see Borubudur on Java, considered one of the 7 Wonders of the World and Bali afterwards.
As we are going to remain in Paris for another 12 days, if you wish to have any direct sessions in Paris, it is a good time to book, also phone sessions if you are in the States. We return from Jakarta on August 22. The next workshop here starts this weekend.

To Renate
Dear Renate,
We are immensely pleased about the wonderful changes that arrived in your life. At the same time we are not entirely surprised, since we have had the privilege of observing many great changes in the lives of people who work with the techniques we present. We are very happy. Please .... do continue the practices and they will accumulate even more wonderful changes.
love,
Raylene and Andreas
