On the road again....

After a week or so in Menton, we are back on the way to Paris, for more workshops and session. We are now in Lyon with our friend Solange.

Belgium

We are in Belgium now, in Ohain, which is not far away from Bruxelles, with our dear friend Nicole. I just finished a workshop in Namur and we are wrapping up our stay with individual sessions. Tomorrow we are returning to Menton.

Fireworks in Paris

We just finished an evening workshop here in Paris. Right now we are driving on the Champs Elysee ... fireworks are going off over Elysee Palace. Arc de Triomphe is 200 yards ahead as i am keying. Raylene is looking out the car window, watching Paris by night pass by. Now we are driving around the arc. Paris by night...c'est incroyable!

The workshop in Paris was just lovely indeed. I wish to extend my special appreciation to Solange and Laure who came all the way from Lyon and Belgium to be part of the event.

The workshop in Paris starts tonight and will last for two and a half days. So good to return to Paris!

A Message from France

As you can see, the world is going crazier every day.

If you have been a regular on this blog and if you were to summarize the essence of this blog, it would be simple, in my view.

Be actively kind.

And when I say, be kind, I mean ….. do something TODAY. Relate to somebody with active, tangible kindness that makes a positive difference to somebody. Put a smile on somebody’s face. Choose your work. Choose your action.

There are a billion ways to do that. Be creative.

But one thing I want to say very clearly. It is the absence of tangible kindness in our lives that supports the continuing unfolding of negative modalities on this planet. If we choose to not get up and do something… we support Darth Vader and his crew. Let me say it point blank.

And our omission, our complacency, our failure to act, will in the end come back to haunt us, as we will be affected in ways we cannot imagine.

To not act in favor of active kindness and compassion is a grave mistake. Now is the time to wake up. Now is the time to change.

Now is the time to DO SOMETHING OF POSITIVE IMPACT.

Weekend in Montpellier

Last weekend we spent in Montpellier and had a wonderful time there giving a workshop and individual sessions. Marion organized our time there and she did a wonderful job at it. Thanks, Marion!

Raylene Abbott a été formée aux techniques mystiques d’Asie de l’Est et d’Occident depuis 30 ans. Elle a animé des cercles de guérison de femmes pendant plus de 15 ans. Elle a vécu sa première expérience de Samâdhi (Eveil provisoire en sanskrit) à 23 ans.

Andreas Mamet maîtrise de nombreuses techniques de méditation. Il a vécu en retraite méditative en Inde pendant 5 ans. Il a vécu sa première expérience de Samâdhi (Eveil provisoire en sanskrit) à l’âge de 21 ans. Il compte 35 années de pratique spirituelle. Il a enseigné au Japon, en Allemagne, aux USA, en France et en Belgique avec Raylene.
