Raylene Abbott - Author and Painter
There are two kinds of blind people: Those who would would like to see and those who insist there is nothing to see.

If we can't get ourselves to love, to be kind and generous, to contribute to the alleviation of suffering of others, just know that the Dark Side has won over us. We contribute through ommission and indifference.
The irony is that in most cases we don't even know it, because it requires courageous, reflective witnessing to recognize the shadow in ourselves and consequently to initiate corrective measures in our behavior.
The good news is that once the witnessing of the shadow arises, the process of dissolving the shadow has begun.
Leaving this morning to Paris to pick up Selene, Raylene's daughter from the airport in Paris. We will stay until Wednesday, showing Selene a bit of Paris and then will go to Menton.
Last night we gave a pre-workshop presentation at the Maison d'Ecologie in Namur. About sixty people showed up, which represents an increase in the interest of our work. The workshop starts tomorrow and will end Sunday night.
