Refuge Prayer: The 3 Gachamis
This is a video clip that combines pictures that Raylene put together and a mantra that was recorded here in Paris during one of our workshops. It is the refuge mantra. By singing it you take refuge in the Buddhas, the Sangha - the family of spiritual seekers - and the Dharma, the Universal Truth and all that which helps you to attain it.
