The Choice

Whatever we elect to identify with, societal status, money, fame, intelligence --- none of that will protect us. The Universe can bypass all that in a lightning second and reveal to us the truth of how immensely fragile we are. But, whatever jewels we find on the journey of meditation, they belong to us and not even death can take them away.

Therefore, if you can visualize your body's condition in 300 years from now, how will you live today? What values will you embrace and - most importantly - live?
