When you wake up in the morning, sit up in bed. For ten minutes, think the word "kindness" which each inhalation and exhalation. Do the same thing before going to bed. It will transform your day and also your dreamtime.

We are on this planet to become more conscious in every which way and express this process of becoming more conscious in a way that is harmonious and hopefully brings more clarity, compassion and beauty to Earth.
