Suddenly, out of nowhere a brilliant golden light arose in the center of the head

which quickly grew in intensity. Simultaneously there was a single thought

that suggested, "Fall back into its center."

I followed the instruction and fell back into its center. As I did, the golden light intensified. It expanded further and changed color and became a blinding white light. I followed this instruction several additional times until the light was everything that there was, an infinite presence of breathtaking bliss, and one could not fall back further."
