And the Work Goes On...
So much has happened in the last week.
With Oliver(truly a man of the sea) and Albine we saw fireworks at midnight in his boat -BE HAPPY- in the middle of the gulf. That was amazing and the most astounding fireworks I have seen in my life. Plus the songs of Edith Piaf resoundig across the gulf. I cannot even imagine what sound system it took to do that. The day also was the anniversary of Raylene and Andreas and also the Assumption of Mary, August 15, which is celebrated hugely here in France.
We were part of a boat blessing that spontaneously extended to its owners, Frederic and Martine, who we came to make friends with as they were Olivier's neighbors.

The experience of the sea, boating and swimming here felt very healing to me. I have never been much of a water person, so this was a first time for me to experience all these aspects and Olivier was greatly instrumental in introducing to me the healing power of the sea. Thanks Olivier! (See top picture)
To go out in a boat into the Gulf of St. Tropez is a beautiful experience. It is very exhilarating and the many sailing boats and yachts one encounters – one can feel the sea covered in the joy of the many people participating in the experience of sailing and boating. There is a sense of freedom the sea bestows in this way. It washes us clean.
Then we were invited to a wedding with Nadir and Estelle. During this dinner, as in some others that we were invited to, we took the liberty to invite everybody around the table to function as souls, not as minds, to be authentic and real … as souls. As before, this invitation caused shock waves around the table, but soon was accepted and the existential quality was shifted. Silence arose, harmony arose.

The Work continues, even in situations that are potentially trivial and superficial. In the end, there is no distinction between a workshop and a dinner. One has to operate as a soul, wherever one goes. If others do not, one has to extend the invitation. It is difficult to function any other way.
